The brands re-jig, reported yesterday was due to contractual problems
between Slimane and Dior, with Slimane keen to start his own label but
reluctant to lose complete control of his trademark. According to WWD
the brand is looking to change the direction of its menswear collection
and in order to that Dior has finally decided to wave goodbye to the
designer, a move that has shocked the fashion industry.
